One last time in celebration of the band being honored all month on WTMD, maybe because Monday is Tax Day and yes that is a hint for Monday.
The original West Coast/East Coast (or perhaps more aptly described as West Coast/West Coast or Pacific Coast/Irish Sea) rivalry?
These bands who share the first 3 letters in their name (6 if you count The) were actually quite inspiring to one another. Both bands have cited listening to the others records ad nauseam. One of them stated in an interview they listened to the others music so much it would be difficult to escape the influence.
The song was written specifically for the original band’s debut movie.
