The 5 O’clock Shadow: Tuesday October 27, 2020
It’s a week of ghosts, goblins and ghoulish tunes on The 5 O’clock Shadow all leading to a spooktacular hours’ worth of Halloween themed songs for this Friday’s Feature Presentation.
The original band may sound like they’re from the swampy South, with references in their lyrics to bayou’s and catfish, but they actually hail from the San Francisco Bay Area.
The Shadow artist’s name was taken from a symbol in the Aztec calendar which represents the god of dance, fire, the new harvest, and music. The members met while trying to form a workers union in L. A.
The song is about an astronomical body that will next be full on Halloween night.
