Fiery Felix Philly Crab Dip

Ingredients:

1 large – (unseeded) Cherry Pepper (chopped)

10 oz. of Cheese Wizz

1.5 cups of Provolone

½ cup of Mayo w/ 1 teaspoon of virgin olive oil whipped in

1 teaspoon of Italian Seasoning

1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce

3 oz. of fried Scrapple (chopped into tiny cubes) – Habbersett and/or Rapa brands ONLY

1.5 lbs of fresh jumbo lump crabmeat imported from Angelina’s of Maryland

1 Small bunch of Chives

Recipe:

Gently Mix All ingredients listed above except for crab meat into mixing bowl.

Spoon ingredients into a small casserole dish adding crab by hand

Cooking:

Preheat Oven to 350 for (10 min)

Turn up to 375 for baking 25 min

Chives (chopped) sprinkled on dish after taken out of oven)

Serve: Rest for 20 min. before eating and serve with 12 – soft pretzels left out overnight (Chopped into 1 in. pieces)
