The last album The Shadow artist’s released was a Christmas album that included the original songs “Ugly Sweater Blues” and “Bad Kid”.
One member of the original duo was one of the first openly, gay pop-stars. The other was a founding member of Depeche Mode and was the sole writer of their first three singles.
The song is a plea for reconciliation from a lover who has been hurt.
