This mid-western band got their name from a flatbed truck built by an automobile company that’s no longer in business. Today, they cover a song from rock and roll royalty that might be considered a dig on a member of England’s royal family.

The original version was written and recorded sixty years ago by a very influential pioneering rock and roller. Not really one of his biggest hits-peaking at number 80- it’s considered an “incredible rock and roll anthem”. He saw his chance and he took it.

The 5 O’Clock Shadow is presented by Flying Dog Brewery.
