It goes without saying, Ed Schrader’s Music Beat has evolved over the years. The Baltimore artist began on his own before bassist Devlin Rice came on board to fill out the sound and add some low end to the intense pulse of Ed and his floor tom. Jump ahead a few years, and the duo were ready to inject new layers of depth into to what they were doing. That’s when they decided to team up with fellow Baltimore artist – acclaimed experimental electronic musician and party starter – Dan Deacon.
