Very early in their career, this legendary rock band went by The Golliwogs before changing their name to what we now know them as now. Though they weren’t born to millionaires, they did alright for themselves after scoring a number of big hits, like this song, which was included on one of three albums they released in 1969.
The Shadow band remain at the top of their game over 40 years after forming in Dublin. They recently wrapped up a tour celebrating the 30th anniversary of one of their landmark albums, and they’ll be releasing a new one in December.
