The Board of Directors of Towson University Public Media will meet at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at WTMD, 1 Olympic Place, Suite 100, Towson, MD 21204.

The board will meet in public session to hear reports from the Board Chair and from GM/Executive Director Scott Mullins, and to conduct business related to the Towson University Public Media Committees. Following the open session, the Board will meet in closed session to discuss and conduct business related to proprietary financial information related to TUPM’s operations.

The open session of the Board meeting is open to the public, though no public comment session is planned. Individuals wishing to address the Board should make themselves known to the Executive Director no later than close of business on December 18, 2017.
