John Papa Gros has been a staple of the New Orleans jazz and jam scene for the last 20 years, growing a funky, fun-loving fan base through constant touring and recording. He and his new band have a new album, “Rivers on Fire,” and the John Papa Gros Band are boogying up to Baltimore and stopping by for a Live Lunch performance, Friday at noon .
