When there’s something strange in the neighborhood … who you gonna call?

On Friday October 28, WTMD is hosting our first Halloween costume party, with a live show by Baltimore’s ELM!elm-halloween-wtmd

ELM, short for Electric Love Machine, just finished a hugely popular month-long residency at The 8×10 in Federal Hill. In the past several years they’ve built up a fan base by improvising funky, electronic grooves.

While ELM is still a relatively young band (they came together in 2013 and have released one studio album, “XenofoneX”) their members are veterans of the Baltimore music scene.

ELM has performed at the All Good Music Festival and Merryland Music Fest. For WTMD’s Halloween costume show, they’ll play two sets – a mix of originals and cover songs.

This show, sponsored by Flying Dog Brewery, will be broadcast live on the radio.
