Baltimore singer-songwriter Cris Jacobs has announced his sophomore solo album Dust to Gold, to be released October 21st on American Showplace Music. At the core of his band, drummer Dusty Ray Simmons, bassist Todd Herrington and B-3 organist John Ginty hold it down, while other special guests are featured throughout as well. Cris is sounding as soulful as ever on the album’s lead single, a deep and dusty blues rocker featuring some nasty cigar box sliding from the beloved Bridge frontman. Hear “Turn into Gold” below, and check the tour dates for a few nearby shows.
