You may know M. Ward from one of his many musical endeavors. He’s made a name for himself as a great singer and songwriter on his own, and as part of She & Him with Zooey Deschanel. He also made up one fourth of the great folk-rock supergroup Monsters of Folk alongside Conor Oberst, Mike Mogis and Jim James. He’s recently kept busy producing the new Mavis Staples album, Livin’ on a High Note, as well as writing and recording his own solo album, More Rain, which recently came out on Merge Records.
