Charlie Mars accentuates the first ‘A’ in WTMD’s format (adult, album alternative). His elegant acoustic grooves and the unapologetic romantic conquests fleshed out in his lyrics, create moments of mature nocturnal listening.
The always charming & affable Mississippi native employed the same musicians as his previous two records for his latest release The Money and used the services of Kickstarter to fund it.
It’s cool, percussive folk with a wink.
