Baltimore Billboard Turns Heads

There are a lot of billboards around town, some blend in with the rest and with the city scape generally.  Some stand out.

A new billboard at Fayette and Broadway in upper Fells Point, right by the Johns Hopkins Medical Campus, is particularly noticeable.  Freedom From Covert Harassment and Surveillance is the California based group that put the billboard up.
