More than 20 internationally-known artists are creating huge murals on the side of once-blighted buildings in the Station North Arts & Entertainment District.

It’s all part of a grant-funded projcet called Open Walls, which debuts with events this week.

Station North Arts & Entertainment Executive Director Ben Stone, project curator Gaia and South African muralist Freddy Sam joined us on the TMD Morning Show today (04-11-12) to tell us more about how art and artists can change the city.
