Make Sure you have the latest version of
Real Player. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer
Windows Media Player Format.
Get the latest version of Real Player Here
If you are having problems connecting in your
office:
Contact your IT department, they may be
blocking the feed, or give you better connection options
If you are having constant drop outs:
For Real Player:
Click on Tools, then Preferences Click Connection
Look at the drop down boxes next to Normal and Maximum.
Change these to suit your connection to the internet.
Keep reducing the bps number in these boxes until the problems go away
(i.e. if it is set to T1 1.5Mbps, reduce it to DSL/Cable 768Kbps and
click OK; if the problem still happens, try reducing them to DSL/Cable
512Kbps)
