1. Eligibility Restrictions

a. The drawing is open to adults (18 years or older). Employees of WTMD, its contest sponsors, volunteer staff members managing the contest, and the members of their households are ineligible to participate in the contest or win. One entry per person. 

b. Persons who have won anything from WTMD in the last 30 days are not eligible for this drawing. 

c. Winners must agree to have their name read on WTMD’s air to be eligible for drawing.

2. The Prize

a. The first caller wins (if trivia question, first caller with correct answer)

b. Winners will be eligible for a Grand Prize if part of contest

c. No part of the prize is redeemable for cash.

d. Unless otherwise specified the prize must be picked up at the office of WTMD, Media Center Room 005, 8000 York Road, Towson, MD 21286 during business hours.

3. Selection of Grand Prize Winner

a. Decisions of station management with respect to the contest are final.

b. Winners of the prize become eligible to win the Grand Prize if one is available

c. Grand Prize Winner will be selected at random

d. Winner need not listen or be present to win. WTMD will contact the winner. If the winner does not claim the prize within 30 days or the specified time period given by a WTMD representative, that contestant will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected in order from the alternate entries.

4. Conditions

a. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner.

b. By participating in the contest, the winner agrees to have his or her name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize. The winner must also sign a prize receipt and certify compliance with all eligibility requirements prior to release of the prize.

c. WTMD, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person for tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the WTMD Web Site or who is otherwise in violation of the rules.

5. Right to Make Changes

WTMD reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater value, which will become effective upon announcement.

6. No Purchase Required

No purchase or donation is necessary.

7. Responsibilities

WTMD is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest or in the announcement of a prize.

8. Copies of the Contest Rules

Copies of the written contest rules will be available up to 30 days after the end of the contest at http://www.wtmd.org. You may also receive the rules by mail by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to WTMD, Media Center Room 005, 8000 York Road, Towson, MD 21286.

9. Privacy Policy

Your entry to this contest is used for the purpose of selecting a winner only. WTMD does not share your contest entry information with any outside party for any purpose.
